Academic Excellence Incentive Distribution

19 September 2024, ESSB held its 2024 Academic Excellence Incentive Distribution Ceremony, rewarding children of employees who achieved outstanding results in their higher education examinations. This initiative aims to encourage these young achievers to continue striving for academic excellence. Since its inception in 2021, this annual incentive program has been awarded for four consecutive years, benefiting over 200 recipients to date. The program reflects ESSB’s commitment to supporting the educational aspirations of employees’ families and fostering a culture of achievement and motivation.
