ESSB has always dedicated on development and innovation of steel industry in Southeast Asian since founded. After introduced the advanced production equipment and technology and trained a professional team through these years, ESSB has gradually become an enterprise with significant influence in the Southeast Asian steel industry.

21 Dec 2024, ESSB 1450mm Hot-Rolling Mill was commenced production. After that, ESSB team and equipment suppliers have been working at full stretch to commission every role in the production process. Finally, various control functions and technical indicators of the hot-rolling mill have been greatly improved after consistently optimization and self-learning. The thickness accuracy of final product is stably kept at ±0.10 mm; and the width accuracy is stably controlled within the range of 4 mm; the level of plate shape control has reached the advanced level of similar rolling mills. Besides，product thickness specifications from 1.2 to 25 mm have been successfully commissioned, the speed of production line commission has reached the advanced level among the industry, and the product quality is recognized by customers.

ESSB Hot Rolling Mill can produce hot-rolled coils in thickness of 1.2-25.4mm; width of 700-1300mm; and maximum weight of 24.3 tons.
