Whistleblowing Guidelines
1. Scope:
The Whistleblowing Governance Group is responsible for handling reports, accusations, appeals, suggestions, and feedback related to the interests of the surrounding stakeholders.
2. Methods:
Whistleblowers may use various methods such as phone calls, letters, emails, face-to-face reporting, or any other convenient method they deem fit.
3. Protection for Whistleblowers:
i. The Whistleblowing Governance Group will strictly keep confidential the whistleblower's name, workplace, home address, and related information, categorizing the reported materials as confidential.
ii. During the investigation, strict confidentiality measures will be taken, with no disclosure of the whistleblower's identity or presentation of original or copied materials.
iii. No individual or entity is allowed to obstruct or suppress whistleblowers under any pretext.
iv. Retaliation against whistleblowers will be thoroughly investigated and, if proven, dealt with seriously according to relevant regulations. If it constitutes a crime, it will be referred to judicial authorities for legal action.
v. When publicizing reports, the whistleblower's name and organization will not be disclosed without their consent.
